Durham School for Girls Doha is seeking to appoint an inspirational teacher of Food and Nutrition for their growing school to start immediately.
The successful candidate will have proven experience and expertise teaching Food and Nutrition to British Curriculum standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious teacher to with other skilled practitioners, each with a passion and a burning desire to motivate the pupils they teach.
Durham School for Girls opened in August 2019 with the biggest enrolment of a new school in Qatar of 570 Girls. In August 2020, came the first cohorts of Years 8, 9 and 10, with an increased enrolment of 1,000 students. The school will expand again in 2021 with Year 11 and 12 and the first Year 13 students will start in 2022 with an expected growth to 1200 students.
Following in the footsteps of Durham School UK, Durham School for Girls Doha aims to continue the heritage of strong pastoral care, inclusion and individual progress that make the School “Distinctively Durham”. Within the school there will be a strong ethos based on the school philosophy and values.
