We appreciate the issues facing schools when hiring new teachers. The increase in number of international schools is placing an ever increasing demand on the need for qualified and experienced teachers particularly from the UK and schools are finding the process of recruiting staff more difficult.
Being based in the UK allows us to target, register and screen qualified and experienced teachers and determine their suitability for international assignments. Our database is continually growing and we have developed a strong network of teachers through which we can spread the word of worldwide opportunities.
We look to build long-standing relationships with all our clients and aim to visit their schools. By conducting visits we become better placed to promote their opportunities to our teachers and also develop a stronger awareness for the suitable profiles of candidates that are required.
