Tom Arnold - United Kingdom
Managing Director
Tom is a Mathematics graduate and qualified teacher having taught for over 5 years in the UK and at international schools in Switzerland. He has also gained substantial experience of the education recruitment industry and since forming Compass he has recruited for and regularly visits international schools worldwide.
Ian Kerr MBE - South Korea
Senior Consultant - Far East & South-East Asia
Ian has over 40 years of experience as an international educator and administrator in England, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia. During this time he was a headmaster of an international school. In 2004, Ian was honoured with an MBE for services to education and the Malaysian Community and joined Compass in 2011.
Malcolm Hardman - Switzerland
Senior Consultant - Europe & Middle East
Malcolm is an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager in a variety of sectors. In addition, he is an experienced specialist Woodwind Music Teacher having taught in international schools in Switzerland. Malcolm is currently based in Montreux; responsible for managing schools in Europe and Middle East.
